Reeth is the capital of Swaledale, a stone-built village around one of the largest village greens in the North of England, with the Buttertubs Pass climbing west out of it and the Swale running below. It's prime walking, prime cycling, and absolutely prime holiday-let territory. The cottages around the green, the converted barns in Healaugh and Low Row, and the stone properties in Grinton and Fremington all turn over guests through the warmer months, and they all need a turnaround crew that doesn't blink at a 10am check-out and a 4pm check-in.
We've been working holiday lets up Swaledale since Nikki started the business. The job is different from a domestic clean: you're working to the clock, the linen has to be hospital-perfect, and the host wants a photo confirming the property is guest-ready before the bookings system sends keysafe codes. We do all of that.
Reeth is roughly 40 minutes from our Richmond base on a clear road, and we plan changeover days around the Swaledale round so we're never solo on a tight turnaround. If your property is anywhere from Reeth itself up to Keld, Muker, Gunnerside, Low Row or Healaugh, you're inside our normal route.
