Nikki has been cleaning across Richmond, Darlington, Catterick and the Yorkshire Dales for years. Well over 500 cleans completed before True Grit was incorporated as a limited company in October 2025. The website is newer than the work, which means we're still gathering written reviews as we go. We'd rather show you one honest review than a wall of made-up ones. Every testimonial on this page comes from a real job, with the client's permission, and every Google review on our profile is from someone whose home, holiday let or quarter we genuinely cleaned.
We arrived to find the barn spotlessly clean and perfectly prepared. There were even dog bowls and treats left out for our pets. Absolutely above and beyond, this is what makes a stay memorable.

We are a young company, so we will not pretend there is a wall of feedback here yet. What we can tell you is what True Grit is built to get right. These are the things that matter most when you let a cleaner into your home, holiday let or quarter:

How to read cleaning reviews properly.
A good review is not just "lovely job, thanks". For cleaning, the useful details are practical. Did the cleaner turn up when agreed? Was the same person back the next week? Did the holiday let get ready before check-in? Did the march-out clean hold up under inspection? Did anyone answer the phone when plans changed?
