Who we are

True Grit Cleaning Company Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 16822125, registered office 19 Norman Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4PA) operates this website at truegritcleanco.co.uk. We are the data controller for any personal data you give us.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form we collect: your name, contact details (phone / email), the address of the property you want cleaned, and any information you give us about the job. We keep this to provide quotes and deliver the work you book.

How we use it

We use your data to: respond to your enquiry, deliver the cleaning service you've booked, send you invoices and receipts, and (only if you've explicitly opted in) send occasional service updates. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the work (e.g. our accountant for invoicing) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for 12 months. Client records (where you've booked work) are kept for 6 years to comply with HMRC record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those legal obligations.

Cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics.
