Quotes

All quotes are free, no-obligation and based on the property details provided. A quote is valid for 30 days from issue. We reserve the right to adjust a quote if the property turns out to be substantially different from what was described (significantly larger, in significantly worse condition, etc.). We'll always discuss this with you before doing any extra work.

Bookings & cancellation

There are no contracts and no minimum terms for regular cleaning. You can cancel a regular slot any time. We'd just appreciate as much notice as you can give, ideally 24 hours. For one-off bookings (deep cleans, march-outs, end-of-tenancy), cancellations within 48 hours of the booked time may be subject to a small admin charge to cover the slot.

Payment

Payment is due on completion for one-off jobs, and weekly/fortnightly invoiced for regular cleans. We accept bank transfer, cash and card. Late payment (over 14 days from invoice) may attract a small admin fee.

Access & keys

For regular cleans we'll agree key-holding arrangements with you in writing. Keys are stored securely and never labelled with the property address. If you'd rather use a keysafe or smart lock, that's fine too.

Insurance & liability

True Grit Cleaning Company Ltd is fully insured for public liability and treatment risk. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our work, please notify us within 24 hours so we can put it right or claim through insurance. We can't be held liable for damage to items that were already broken, or for the deterioration of items in poor existing condition.

March-out cleans: first-time-pass

If something the MoD inspector flags at march-out is genuinely down to our clean, we will return and rectify it at no cost. This guarantee does not extend to items that are out of scope (e.g. cleaning we weren't booked to do, repairs, structural issues, items the tenant introduced after our clean).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
